Shipping

Shipping is calculated based on package weight. We ship smaller items via Royal Mail or DPD and larger items via DPD. Headset shipping is £6.95, smaller items may be less depending on size and weight, refer to cart prior to purchase for further details.

Headset repairs or servicing

Local customers can pre-arrange to drop off headsets for servicing or repairs to our site at Coventry Airport CV8 3AZ. National customers can send headsets directly for us, we will ship back once the work is complete. The turnaround time is subject to the volume of work required and availability of parts.

We take can take payments by a range of methods including card or Paypal.

Returns & refunds

In the unlikely event you experience and issue with your purchase, we will arrange for the item to be collected to be returned to us. The item will be repaired at Coventry Airport and reurned to you. This covers manufacturing defects only, physical damage is a billable repair at £25.00p/h. If a manufacturing defect cannot be repaired, a replacement will be sent to you, if a replacement is not available, a full refund is issued providing the item is within the warranty period.
Unopened items can be returned within 28 days of purchase, the buyer arranges return postage. The item is inspected upon receipt, if it remains unopened the item cost is refunded in full, original postage is not refunded.
