David Clark Headset Refurbishment

At AirHeadz, we recently completed another full refurbishment of a David Clark headset.
Replaced old headband support with super soft headband cushion
Replaced microphone boom arm and rewired headset
Replaced microphone and tested the microphone sensitivity with 1kHz sinewave response checks measured against 1kHz signal generator sinewave
Replacement M7A microphone showed good sensitivity at -3dB
Microphone boom cover
Replaced ear dome filters
New ear seals
Deep clean of left and right ear domes
Paint touched up to freshen up David Clark logo on each ear dome
Deep clean of stirrups, supports and all securing components
Removed oxidization from jacks and thoroughly cleaned to improve connection to aircraft
Cleaned up internal speakers to help with sound quality and life expectancy
Ground communications check as well as communications check in a Cessna 172 with local Air Traffic Control
